Come visit one of the most beautiful Spanish revival homes in California. On your personalized docent-led tour you will have the chance to experience a 1929 historical landmark that evokes old California in a way few places can. Amazing sights including intricate architectural and interior designs, dazzling tiles, molded ceilings, carved doors and a glorious garden with the best ocean view Malibu has to offer. Please note there are stairs and uneven surfaces throughout house and gardens.
Following the tour you can wander to one of the local eateries for lunch. We will provide you with a list of nearby restaurants which you can enjoy with your tour mates or on your own. (The cost of lunch is not included.) For more information see

Cost: This event is open to UCLARA members and guests. Member price is $12 and Guest price is $17. Due to group size limitations only one guest per member.
Deadline to register is Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018. Group size is limited to 20 people. NOTE: There will be no house tours if it is raining.
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is necessary, a full refund will be given if the cancellation is requested by Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018. For any cancellations after Sept. 25, 2018, a full refund will be given only if a person on the waiting list can take the space.
At Adamson House: We will meet in front of the house entrance at 9:30am to start the tour promptly at 10am. Our docent-led tour lasts 1 ½ -2 hours so be sure to wear comfortable, flat shoes and bring a hat. There will be a considerable amount of walking involving uneven ground and stairs.
Parking: You have free parking along PCH or there is paid parking available at the nearby county beach lot (1) and at the Malibu Lagoon Lot at Cross Creek. On-site parking is not permitted. Handicapped drop-off is available in front of the house. Street parking is also an option (please read street signs). Parking fees run approx. $12 for all day (disabled parking displaying plaque is no charge on weekdays in county lot).
Directions: Adamson House is located at 23200 Pacific Coast Hwy in Malibu between Cross Creek and Serra Road.
