Join the UCLARA Hiking Group on Friday Nov. 22 at 9:30 am as we hike about 2 hours following a loop trail through parts of Coldwater Canyon Park and Wilacre Park.
The approximately 2.5 - 3 mile hike will start at Tree People headquarters at 12601 Mulholland Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 in Coldwater Canyon Park following part of the Betty Dearing Trail. We will meet at 9:30 am in front of the Tree People Restrooms, which are about 50 yards beyond the parking lot toward Tree People headquarters.
Tree People is located up on the ridgeline between Beverly Hills and Studio City. The park entrance is at the stoplight where Coldwater Canyon Dr. and Mulholland Dr. (West) intersect. The entrance is on the Valley-side of the street and there is a parking lot. More detailed directions can be found at the Tree People website.

Activity Level: The hike is moderate, going up and downhill on wide dirt trails with views of the San Fernando Valley. The trail is mostly shady, but be sure to bring water, sun block, snacks if desired, and a hat and wear good athletic or hiking shoes.
