A Vintage Happy Holidays IN LIGHTS with the LA Conservancy

What Los Angeles lacks in snow in makes up for with elaborate Christmas displays. Join us for Vintage L.A. Christmas, a live virtual tour that will visit some of the most festive sites in Los Angeles’ past.

This virtual tour will visit sites throughout L.A. County that all have a long history with decorating for the holidays. We will tour a boulevard in Altadena that has been decorating since 1920, elaborate Christmas displays from some of L.A.’s most iconic departments stores of Christmas’ past, and see how the Mayor and city staff celebrate the season. All comfortably away from the harsh 60-degree Los Angeles winter raging outside your home.

Get in the spirit! Grab your Christmas sweater and a cup of hot cocoa! This is a tour you will not want to miss.

ZOOM Info-Will be provided by email to confirmed registrants 2-3 days in advance of the program.  This will be a live webinar conducted by Alex Inishisnian of the LA Conservancy.

Registration: Open to all RA and EA members.  All registration closes on Tuesday Dec. 13, 2022.  There is no cost to attend this virtual tour-it is brought to you gratis by the UCLA RA and is paid for by the dues to this organization. But you must register to attend.
