WISE & Healthy Aging

WISE & Healthy Aging, a nonprofit social services organization, is the result of a merger in November 2007 of WISE Senior Services and Center for Healthy Aging (formerly Senior Health & Peer Counseling).  Each organization served the community for more than three decades, earning national reputations for innovative and effective programs and services.

Headquartered in Santa Monica, California, WISE & Healthy Aging continues the long tradition of service and outreach, with focus on the Los Angeles Westside as well as the surrounding communities within the greater City and County of Los Angeles. Annually, more than 20,000 older adults are served.

They will discuss their programming, care management, training opportunities and community resources.
