Morton Bay Fig on trail Point Fermin Lighthouse
Hello hikers-Get your shoes on and let’s go for a stroll around Point Fermin in San Pedro. Lots to see here: the 150 year old Point Fermin Lighthouse, the White Point Nature Education Center, Fort Mac Arthur Military Museum and a 4.25 mile loop hike that’s easy. And there’s the Sunken City-the remains of a 1929 landslide, with views of Cabrillo Beach, too.
This hike will keep to the bluff overlooking the shore so our attendees can stay cool with ocean breezes. This easy park-to-park hike has restrooms near the FREE parking area and is dogs on leash friendly.
