A Home That Cares is a boutique company helping families figure out the best settings for seniors who no longer want or can manage living on their own.
Here are the topics and questions she will address:
- When is the right time to move to a community with supports for seniors?
- What are the types of places and care available?
- What are the specific issues around dementia?
- Does Insurance cover my costs? Are there any other sources of financing?
- What do the options cost in this area?
- What are the upsides, and downsides of consulting with a specialist like myself?
Bonnie Davis, the owner, has been in the field for the past 17 years. She was the top eldercare advisor in the country for the nation’s largest senior referral company and received more referrals from professionals and colleagues in her field than any other advisor in the company.
Bonnie has assisted well over one thousand families and is now happy to educate you and make you more knowledgeable about the choices available.
She brings her experience to help families simplify finding residential care with a minimum of anxiety and the best results. She helps her clients assess their situation by asking many questions - listening carefully, providing information, and discussing options.
Everyone’s needs, wishes, budget and geographic constraints are different, and therefore the transition to senior care is a specific journey that she helps navigate.
Her consultation service is free to families, as all senior care facilities pay for her work.
