
Join the festivities at our Annual Holiday Party!!
This year, we are delighted to host our in-person Holiday Luncheon at the world famous El Cholo Restaurant in Santa Monica. El Cholo has been serving guests in L.A. for over 100 years. Live seasonal music provided by Cody Gillette and a musical guest will liven up our party. Giveaways, fun, conversation, too. Holiday party garb is encouraged!
We have selected a "Taste of History" menu for our party. A variety of selections can be made with your server. We are charging $45 per person-truly a bargain for this repast. Price includes appetizers, Caesar salad, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages in addition to the choice of entrees.
As at past holiday parties, we will continue our UCLARA tradition of collecting donations for the UCLA Community Programs Food Closet. We can make a difference in the lives of the 40-50 students who visit this closet on a daily basis. Last year we collected over $1,300.00 in gift cards to support the students. If you would like to contribute, please bring a gift card from Ralph’s (the nearest grocery store to campus). Be sure to bring the gift card's receipt.
Please note that our luncheon is on the 2nd floor of the restaurant and that there is no elevator, only a stairway to this area.
Parking: There is some free street parking within walking distance of the restaurant. Reasonably priced valet parking can be had at the restaurant.
Payments: The Association’s payment processor, AffiniPay, can process credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. For each credit card payment, you’ll need to enter the CVV number (i.e., security code, generally 3 or 4 digits) found on the back of the credit card as well as the card number and expiration date. You'll also be asked for the other usually requested information to complete the transaction.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is necessary, a full refund will be given if the cancellation is requested before Thursday, November 28. For any cancellations after November 28, a full refund will be made only if a person on the waiting list can take your place. After December 3, no refunds will be given.
