HMS Queen Mary from a distance on the trail
Day hike following the Shoreline bike Path in Long Beach.
The trail head is at parking area near Bluff Park. We follow this trail along the shore north to the Marina Green Park and out onto the breakwater that defines the Shoreline Marina. It's an easy out and back hike with a well defined path and little elevation gain. Distance 4.5 miles but all in sun, no shade.
The hike is limited to 25 persons. There is no cost for this program-no parking cost, no entry fee-What a deal!! There is a cost for parg at the trailhead.
Dogs on leash are welcome. But know that there will be a fair amount of bicycle, scooter and foot traffic .
More information about this hike will be transmitted to the registrants via email, so kindly make sure you have entered your correct email address. AND include the name, emergency contact and that contact's cell phone number for any guest you invite.
